Sorry, in order to be tracked groups need to:
(1) be public;
(2) have at least a single public photo available;
(3) have more than one active member.
Exceptionally, groups that do not match these conditions are added to Group Trackr: if you think your group deserves a special attention, please drop me a line at: dartar[at]nitens[dot]org.
